For just 50 cents per child, kids and adults can experience the magic of the arts at Children’s Day Art Park. This exciting summer program features local musicians, dancers, storytellers, magicians, mimes and crafts people. Youngsters can visit the Instrument Zoo from 9:15-9:45, where they can see, touch and try to play the instruments; talk to symphony musicians and hear them play their instruments; sing and clap along with the star of the show; and try their hands at different art projects under the Art Tent.

Parking is available at the Texas Capitol Visitors Garage and is free for the first two hours, $1 for each additional 1/2 hour.
