Nine great jazz tracks interpreted as only the monster, Jon Blondell, can do! This 9 track album, recorded in 2010 features Carter Arrington on guitar, Jeff Hellmer on piano, John Fremgen on bass, and J.J. Johnson on drums. To call this an album of "jazz standards" would be sorely remiss. Tracks like the Doors' "Riders On the Storm" and "In Walked Bo" are not that, but then again, "All the Things You Are" and "St. Thomas" are certainly standards but in no way "standard".
